44cd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to 44cd that you are aged 21 or above. 44cd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source in accordance with applicable procedures.

You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information when registering your account with 44cd. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. 44cd reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 44cd. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or shared devices — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If 44cd determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is operating or has operated multiple accounts, 44cd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed from those accounts, and retain or reclaim any bonus funds, free spins or promotional credits associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44cd account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 44cd immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 44cd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

44cd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if 44cd has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is involved in collusion, is abusing any promotional offer or is otherwise acting in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided that the player is not in breach of these Terms.

44cd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 44cd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources or accounts belonging to other individuals. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. All transactions on 44cd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the player to make their most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on the player's account. 44cd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank cards not belonging to the registered player or payment methods not previously used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval, while bank card withdrawals may take longer depending on the card issuer. 44cd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

44cd is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing that are caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network operators or banking institutions. If you experience a failed transaction, you should contact 44cd support at [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference. 44cd will investigate all reported transaction issues in good faith and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine errors. Claims relating to disputed transactions must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date; claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 44cd are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and time limitations. The general bonus terms set out in this clause apply to all bonuses unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms attached to an individual promotion. Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 44cd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

The 44cd welcome bonus is available to new players who have not previously held a 44cd account. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account suspension. 44cd employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse and reserves the right to take appropriate action where abuse is detected.

44cd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. All content on the 44cd platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 44cd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44cd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the 44cd platform without the prior written consent of 44cd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44cd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 44cd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failure or any other commercial loss or damages. 44cd's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

44cd reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 44cd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. Continued use of the 44cd platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 44cd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
